After a long period of paid photoshoots where the clients chose not to give me social media rights (I have to change my contract!!!), I finally met up with Rachel for a TFP shoot. Technically, I had met her twice before, once at a concert and once at a music video shooting, but neither of those sitatuions were really ideal for getting to know her, so it was practically our first time meeting.
Although I say that, I have to be honest, I have her birthday, height, and weight memorized at this point. Rachel is EXTREMELY popular in Seoul among all my casting agent friends, and I think I get asked to send Rachel's info to some random director at least twice a month. Her Instagram is intimidatingly gorgeous, and I was actually pretty nervous about shooting with her. How could someone this gorgeous need photos from ME? I have this breakdown before almost every photoshoot, in case you were wondering.
Lucky for me, Rachel is not only beautiful and has the clearest skin of any model I've ever had (sorry, you guys,) but she was SO nice and chatty. We only shot for about an hour, featuring my collection of statement piece glasses that I rarely have the balls to wear out of the house, and then since neither of us were busy, we went and explored the traditional flea market just north of the Cheonggye Cheon by Dongdaemun. And as an added bonus to the day, I got some great still life shots (mostly of the pet shops, I'm not going to lie.)
If you're looking for an amazing model in Seoul, contact me for her phone number ;) Haha, just kidding! But do check out her Instagram and a few of the other shots from our shoot below, and give her a follow if [when] you love her work.
